CISOIQ was founded on the belief that cybersecurity should move as fast as modern business. We've seen too many companies slowed down by complexity, process, or theory — and we knew there was a better way.
At CISOIQ, we combine deep CISO experience with the mindset of a builder — inspired by how AI breaks problems into tokens, understands context, and predicts what comes next. We apply the same thinking to cybersecurity: breaking down complexity, predicting what's coming next, and delivering security that's practical, scalable, and outcome-driven.

The team refers to Tobias as our executive optimist — the person everyone wants in the room. He brings structure and calm direction to every project, but above all, he creates unity. Tobias has a rare ability to align people, helping teams find shared focus and confidence to move forward together, no matter how complex things get.
He's been part of the journey since 2016, helping shape what would become CISOIQ from its earliest days. As Delivery Lead, Tobias has been involved in every project since day one — connecting teams, solving impediments, and ensuring that commitments turn into results. Clients know they can count on him to have a full grasp of every engagement and to make things happen. His blend of empathy, discipline, and operational excellence has become a defining part of how CISOIQ delivers on its promises.
